  • Access game plays to manage the 4 key scenarios you will face when leading others.

Armed with this fundamental grounding in psychodynamics, you are able to effectively use the Playbook within your project to evaluate the health status, and more effectively troubleshoot the people-related or people-driven aspects you encounter.
