EXPECTATIONAL LEADERSHIP

BLUEPRINT PROGRAM

Description

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Many potential leaders fail to unlock their latent abilities and in the process become average or mediocre managers. This is largely a failure of the management models that abound. It is an indicator that a reference model is not available, a model that serves as a guide. Something that can help those who have stepped up to the plate to seamlessly transition from their technical skills, and into the skills required to navigate the complex world of leading others.

This program is that base foundation and your way to rapidly transition into being an effective leader.
