The leadership program has two value streams that will set you on your path:

Within 6 hours you will not only learn the fundamentals of the Leadership Blueprint that will immediately change your leadership dynamic, but these same fundamentals will change the way you lead your life. From the outset, Module 1 will put you in a position to make a difference and;
EXPANDING ON THE BLUEPRINT MODEL
The second stream, module 2 to 5 will expand on what you learn in module 1, and enhance your capabilities to use the broader spectrum of leadership traits. It will take you to the next level where you will better understand the elements involved in the blueprint fundamentals. This will move you closer to mastery and effectively applying the blueprint and playbook to work for you and your team.
STEP 1 [Module 1]
In this foundational module you will be exposed to a model that challenges the conventional, but at the same time equips you in a way that produces rapid results for you. The Leadership Blueprint is the beginning of equipping you to be an effective and confident leader in any situation
STEP 2 [Module 2]
“Acuity; sharpness or keenness of thought, vision, or hearing”
Leader; know yourself, your strengths, limitations and ability to adapt to the situations you lead.
Module 2 expands on The Blueprint by exposing your strengths and dominant personality and leadership traits. Here you will get to understand how you play to those strengths and the need for a good leader to be able to adapt to suit the scenario.

STEP 3 [Module 3]
What is it that can make, or break the alignment, focus and flow of a group, a team or a whole organization?
In the Group Dynamics module you will see how expectations are at the center of achieving alignment, and understand what motivates, drives, discourages or disengages those around you. Here you will learn how to use the EXP Blueprint model to manage group dynamics, and better understand the playing field.
STEP 4 [Module 4]
Knowing the “what” is one thing but knowing “how” elevates you to a level where you begin to make a difference. This module is the 1st of the Simulation modules that will help you hone your skills to become a natural part of your leadership makeup.
The Leadership Blueprint Toolbox expands on the previous modules with the primary objective of helping you to master the components of the Blueprint until it becomes a seamless part of how you function as a leader.
STEP 5 [Module 5]
One of a leader’s greatest accomplishments and highest responsibility is to equip those around them to become leaders.
The final step, Module 5 is about how you as a leader achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness through building up leaders around you. It is also about how you confidently go about passing the leadership Blueprint onto others and create a high-performance team and culture.
