OVERARCHING END-GAME

For PMBOK ® subscribers, use the Initiating Process Group as a checklist

Is the project’s scope/ vision/ purpose clearly defined, and is it valid/ justified?
Does the scope clearly outline what the end-game deliverables of the project are?
Are the in-scope, and out-of-scope aspects clearly defined? (Is it clear what the end-game is and is not?)
Is there consensus and buy-in across the stakeholder base for what the project’s end-game is?
Is the overarching end-game (Vision, Scope, Purpose) clearly visible to all stakeholders?

COMMUNICATION

Have all the key stakeholders been invited, included, and engaged in the final end-game exercise? (Do those who must know about the project, know about it?)
Has dialogue between stakeholders been allowed to occur regarding the end-game?
Has the end-game been communicated to all stakeholders?
Has the purpose of the end-game been communicated to all stakeholders?

Are the work packets, epics, sprint deliverables/outcomes clearly defined?
Do the work packets, epics, sprint deliverables/outcomes align with the overarching end-game deliverables (Do they support their achievement)?
