| Does the scope clearly outline what the end-game deliverables of the project are? |
| Are the in-scope, and out-of-scope aspects clearly defined? (Is it clear what the end-game is and is not?) |
| Is there consensus and buy-in across the stakeholder base for what the project’s end-game is? |
| Is the overarching end-game (Vision, Scope, Purpose) clearly visible to all stakeholders? |
COMMUNICATION
| Have all the key stakeholders been invited, included, and engaged in the final end-game exercise? (Do those who must know about the project, know about it?) |
| Has dialogue between stakeholders been allowed to occur regarding the end-game? |
| Has the end-game been communicated to all stakeholders? |
| Has the purpose of the end-game been communicated to all stakeholders? |
